I specialize in working with individuals and families that have been impacted by foster care, adoption, attachment, and trauma. I am passionate about supporting youth and adults in thriving; including providing parenting support, utilizing strengths, and overall providing a safe place for you to begin your journey. I am certified in Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), and have training in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Adoption and Permanency Curriculum, formerly known as Adoption Clinical Training (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
