Becoming more aware of how we perceive and interact with the world and those around us can be challenging but I am here to help find a way.
My goal is to provide folks with individualized therapy that works for them whether it be bringing awareness to struggles or managing their feelings. I work with adults ages 18 and above; trauma and substance use are my areas of expertise.
