I believe we are most whole when we’re able to touch and care for the deepest parts of ourselves. But how do we find those parts? How do we hold them? Do we deserve wholeness? These are some of the questions I’m most interested in helping you explore, whether you feel othered, alone, struggling, lost, damaged, or just curious about what else is possible. I’m a counselor because I can think of no better way to spend my time than to sit with others and hear about what genuinely matters to them. I especially enjoy working with couples as they navigate creating a life together.
With couples I use an attachment lens, acknowledging that our most intimate relationships bring up intense emotions. I work to create a safe space where both partners feel heard. I'll help you discover your embodied sense of a life well lived so that you feel aligned in the world. I’m deeply informed by an environmental and social justice lens.
The challenges we face as a collective begin with the individual, and the individual is profoundly shaped by the collective. I’m also informed by meditative practices and Buddhist psychology.
