I am a psychotherapist serving populations in Washington state and I have over a decade of experience working in the non-profit sector with children and families. Walking alongside clients who are struggling is a new expression of what I have always been passionate about - relationships. My therapeutic approach is based in attachment theory and the feminist framework to examine how sociological dynamics might be impacting your sense of self and connection to others. During our time together, I like to take a holistic approach and may ask you about sleep, movement, and lifestyle.
