If you have made it here, you have taken a powerful step in taking the care of yourself that you deserve. Whether it is working through relationship complexities, work stress, or generally wanting to gain a better understanding of yourself, therapy is a helpful tool. Clients come to me for a variety of reasons including addiction, trauma, relationships, managing stress, and much more. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and honest space for clients to be truly understood and grow.
I believe in a holistic and dynamic approach with a focus on mindfulness. I am trained in several modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR and more. Therapy is never one size fits all. Treatment is tailored to each person’s individual needs, and we will work as a team to create the best plan of action.
Therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if it is the first time. I often hear “I don’t want to start over again with a new therapist.” While this is completely understandable, if you have made it this far, it is probably worth it.
