I have over 14 years of clinical experience in mental health in treating people with depression, anxiety, grief, crisis management and other mental health concerns. Through the integration of CBT, coaching, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative, relational, and solution-focused therapies, I have helped many of my clients find healing.
It is my hope that through our work together, I will be able to facilitate the development of autonomy in you and your journey.
