In therapy you can work through relationship difficulties, anxiety, sexuality issues, unresolved loss and grief, trauma, depression or a major life change. I believe in providing you with the time and space to explore these issues at your own pace. We will work together to reduce your psychological distress and to increase your life satisfaction.
My cultural background and experience with diverse populations allow me to better understand human nature and unique challenges sometimes faced by those from other countries. I can also help people adjust to new work cultures. I have a background in nursing and take a holistic approach with the understanding of medical illnesses or disabilities.
