I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist and work from and Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal informed lens. These modalities combined with my early training in family systems theory complement one another, allowing clients to address the intricate connections between personal experiences, family dynamics, and the impact of stress on their well-being.
I help clients develop skills and resources necessary to address emotional challenges and enhance their overall well-being. I work with clients interested in processing and integrating traumatic experiences to improve their mental health functioning and overall quality of of life.
