Everyone's story is unique and challenging. I've worked with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as depression and anxiety, autism, trauma, adoption/foster care, gender identity dysphoria, grief issues, etc.. I have over 20 plus years working with individuals in schools and clinical counseling.
I work collaboratively with families, doctors, and schools in order to provide an optimum level of care. Developing a positive rapport with my clients is essential. Feeling safe and comfortable is a must. Although every person's mental health journey is unique, humans have the same basic needs; the need for acceptance, connection, validation, and love.
