I work with both children and adults and provide each client with the individualized support they need. I have specialized training in OCD and Brainspotting and work with individuals inflicted by anxiety, depression and life transitions. I also offer parenting support and educational consultation around the IEP process.
I support clients in identifying obstacles and challenges and help them develop tools and coping strategies to improve their quality of life and relationships. I utilize mindfulness-based practices as well as cognitive behavioral and developmental approaches.
I offer a warm, calming presence and use humor and empathy to connect with my clients. In therapy I provide a healing space to help individuals develop skills around emotional regulation, problem solving and coping. I have over 18 years of experience in the field and continue to expand my knowledge through training and research.
