Is it difficult for you to trust others? Do you find it hard to show people how you are truly feeling? Individuals enter therapy for a number of reasons. I have experience in working with a variety of presenting concerns and I am eager to help with any of your needs. Over the past 10 years working with survivors of trauma has become a special interest of mine. I will meet you wherever you are at in your healing process. I aim to provide a safe space where we go at your pace. I work to see when you are ready for gentle challenging. I promise to always show up in a genuine way and allow you to be your authentic self.
I hope to walk beside you through your journey, providing support while you heal. Although my training is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I use an integrative approach with many interpersonal processing and trauma informed concepts, to tailor treatment to fit the specific needs and cultural considerations of each client I work with.
I strive to always maintain an open conversation, so you can get the most out of the therapeutic process. During therapy you will build insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Learning positive ways to cope will assist you in living life fully and developing healthy relationships.
