I enjoy working with individuals who are open to learning new skills to create positive change and go after the life they want, a life they have worked to transform for the better.
I work with individuals who are struggling with stress and anxiety, dealing with emotional abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, and negative self-talk. Self-awareness is often the first step in the change process. Change is not always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone!
Building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, being nonjudgmental, and positive connection in a safe environment is essential to helping others.
