I am only able to see private pay clients at this time. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. I also offer EMDR for those interested. I work with adults and teens experiencing issues with mental health, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Maybe you feel dissatisfied with life, directionless, or unsure what to do to feel happier. I can help! I will be your biggest cheerleader and ally so you can live according to your values and build a life worth living.
I am trained in several types of therapy including EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic. If that all means nothing to you, no problem! I will walk you through everything. I provide a relaxed, irreverent environment for you to feel comfortable laying it all out on the table and have the freedom to be yourself.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and stressful. Taking that first step is the hardest part. I am already so proud of you for making it here!
