Everyone has unique and individual mental health needs and I enjoy taking on a collaborative approach to help clients work through their therapy goals in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy to help my clients restructure their erroneous beliefs and encourage cognitive flexibility and mindfulness. I welcome clients from all walks and stages of life and believe my clients are experts on themselves, offering invaluable insight into how they'd like to approach their needs and goals.
I value the importance of representation in the mental health world and strongly advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
