We learned how to fight, contract, blame, shame, feel guilty. I offer a safe space of non-judgment to work with the powerful tools of meditation, somatic practices, breath work, integration of subconscious parts, and so much more. My work is holistic and client-center where the focus is on you alone. My clients report success with processing, feeling, and healing to experience life changing results that last.
