Is your relationship beginning to feel strained? Are you finding it difficult to relate and communicate with your partner like you once did? Here at Soliloquy Counseling, we take a holistic approach to relationships (monogamous and non-monogamous) and take time to process all aspects that impact the system. ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, financial burdens, societal hardships, and cultural differences are all potential aspects of a relationship that can cause strain. Together, we can systemically address these issues to forge new paths toward healthy communication and increased compassion.
Clients come to me looking for a systemic therapist who is a compassionate and dedicated to creative interventions (play, art, music, and other creative modalities). Therapy should be a place where you feel accepted and safe. Sessions with me are collaborative and holistic. Through virtual experiential techniques, we can accomplish your therapeutic goals.
I am a mixed-Latina, LGBTQIA+, systemic therapist that runs a woman-owned small business. With genuine human connection anchoring a strong therapeutic bond, healing is possible. You don't have to continue unfulfilling patterns and you don't have to do it alone. Call today for a free 15-minute consultation. I can't wait to hear from you!
