Regardless of what you, your children, or your family are facing, you are worthy, and there is hope. I wholeheartedly believe therapy is a place for exploration, opportunity and growth. Throughout my time as a therapist I have helped children, adolescents, adults and their families work through different life stressors such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I do not approach therapy as one treatment for all, as your goals are unique to you. My goal is to create a relationship and space where you feel comfortable and safe.
I know reaching out for help can be overwhelming, but I am sure taking this step will put you on a path towards achieving your goals. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with a focus on those raising children, or those having relationship difficulties. I enjoy being able to walk alongside my clients as we take this journey together.
I am the owner of Sunny Days Therapy Group, my online private practice. I have years of experience working with people in all stages of life across school, community mental health, and private practice settings.
