As your new dedicated and compassionate bilingual Marriage and Family therapist, we will work closely together to establish your goals and individualized plan with a variety of systemic therapy modalities which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and more. I have worked in a variety of settings which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients working on individual, relational and social issues. I have a passion for helping children, adolescents, adults and families and believe trust is key in working together to better identify your specific needs.
I want to be a breath of fresh air for my clients. My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. My job is to give my clients the quickest relief possible which means I provide immediate feedback, tasks to focus on between sessions and tools to learn coping skills.
