As a Level 3 Gottman therapist I am helping couples to develop loving, constructive and creative relationship. I work with individuals using CBT and Client-Centered approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief intervention.
I believe that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.
