I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, self-esteem/identity & life transitions. I have training in Emotionally-Focused couples therapy (EFT) & practice with a psychodynamic framework. I implement a relational approach as we dive into understanding where symptoms stem from, and how to integrate different parts of ourselves.
