We offer a range of therapeutic services to support individuals, couples, and families centered in a Narrative therapy perspective. Our unique story-work approach centers the stories of your unique lived experiences rather than over-valuing generic therapist advice. Our hope is that clients can return to their daily lives as quickly as possible with with more options and more say about how their lives go as well as an increased capacity to intervene on their own behalf with what it is that matters most to them in life. We believe that real change and transformation is possible and that therapy need not be an extensive affair.
We believe that each client deserves a personalized approach to therapy that seeks to understand what clients have been uniquely up against in life and the unique talents that they can draw on to transform their lives and relationships. As part of our personalized approach our therapists will write a therapeutic letter for each client after every session.
