My background consists of working in different settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and crisis. I work with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures. I start my work by collaborating with my clients to determine the root problem. I help my clients become aware and conscious of their thoughts, behaviors, & emotions.
Taking the next step is uncomfortable but you don’t have to be alone. Sometimes we all need a little guidance which is why my goal is to help you through this process. My approach is simple and practical. I combine Eastern and Western theories and use an Integrative Approach in therapy. Therapy is simplified to make it work better for you.
