I employ a variety of techniques to challenge and bring about change in your life. I use a cognitive behavioral, solutions focused and spiritual approach in my practice. My goal is to get you moving forward rather than looking back. I am client centered and encourage active participation in sessions
I utilize a very holistic approach in my practice. I work with several physicians and psychiatrists to ensure medication management and physical health. I am a Christian and process things in light of God's plans, using Scripture to encourage and challenge. I am the mother of 4 adopted children.
