SanaMente Counseling LLC (SMC Tampa) is a small private mental health group practice that believes in taking a mindfulness based and holistic attitude towards the treatment of mental health and wellness. We work collaboratively with clients to help them establish their goals, attain them, and feel better in the process. SanaMente stands for ‘Each Mind Matters’ which truly is our mission as we strive to provide excellent and compassionate mental health care to all clients.
