It’s also important to know I have found Internal Family Systems (IFS) to be a particularly effective modality to help individuals move towards healing and health. I am Level 1 trained in IFS.

Whether you’re a person who wants to better understand yourself and others, a parent overwhelmed by specific caregiving challenges, or a member of the circle of adoption in need of support for your unique journey, I truly welcome the opportunity to companion with you.
