It is a great privilege to walk alongside clients through life’s challenges. My goal is to offer a safe place for my clients to heal and become more of who they’ve always truly been, without judgement or shame. I use a variety of tools and my approach is client-centered, authentic, and compassionate, informed by systems theories. I have advanced training in EMDR Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
I particularly enjoy working with people in relationships of all types (eg, couples, families), athletes, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, eating disorders and body image concerns.
I know there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I look forward to meeting new clients and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
