I am a licensed psychotherapist and received post graduate training in marriage and family therapy at the Council for Relationships. My work is about supporting my clients in whatever way helps them heal. I understand entering this process is hard and can be scary at times, I work to provide a space that is truly your own. I am trained in and apply a number of evidence-based treatment models but consider myself to be an integrative and holistic practitioner, ensuring treatment plans for each client meet individual needs. I treat diverse problems with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, stress and life adjustments.
As a family systems trained therapist, I look at the person as a whoIe. Valuing and creating a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for clients to explore underlying concerns. I look to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and the relationships in their lives, as well as emotional relief.
