Therapy is about confronting the things that make life challenging and changing the rules. I remember a time when I needed help and I didn’t know where to turn; getting through those experiences defined me and motivated me to want to help others who could use a helping hand. As a team, we can work together to not just work through those moments but to thrive moving forward.

I am here for you no matter how deep the rabbit hole goes, even if we have to chill at the bottom for a minute. I work with pre-teens to young adults. My approach is eclectic and tailored to you.
