I believe that healing can only occur when compassion and understanding are present. I use an approach that encourages self-compassion and self-love as well as EMDR to reprocess trauma. I also offer EMDR intensive sessions at a discounted rate to help people work through complex trauma and major traumas efficiently and more quickly than weekly sessions.
Skylar is a trauma and addictions specialist with lived experience. She approaches these issues with compassion and understanding.
