My passion lies in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults seeking to work through issues of anxiety, identity development, stress, family conflict, school issues, relationships, transitions, and self-esteem. I also have several years of experience helping athletes with common performance issues such as confidence, focus, motivation, and overcoming injury to perform at their best!
I enjoy using a collaborative, person-centered approach, where you're the expert on your journey and I'm here to help you recognize your strengths and support you in your growth. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles into my work.
