I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience with managing ADHD symptoms and academic related anxiety. I create a non-judgmental space that promotes curiosity and personal growth. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ population.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating various evidence-based techniques and tailoring them to each client's unique needs. My work stems from evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
