Life is full of ups and downs, uncertainties, changes and setbacks. Often times it becomes overbearing to carry the weight of it all. Nothing says that you have to face these issues alone. I primarily work with adults who are suffering from Depression, Anxiety and Grief. However, anyone who is able and willing to be an active participant in their mental health journey is welcome in this space with me. I work tiresomely to ensure each client is afforded a safe place to explore their issues and achieve their goals.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and use a Person Centered Approach. I also have served in the Arkansas Army National Guard since 2016, giving me insight into this population's needs. Lastly, I am a Victim Advocate for sexual assault survivors, trained through the SHARP Program.
