I’m grateful you are here. My own healing journey has brought me to a place of wanting to help others navigate their own paths towards growth and healing. I work primarily with adults struggling with complex trauma, breaking generational cycles, and relational issues. You may feel overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, and shame with little understanding of how you got here. I want to help you connect with your story and compassionately understand how you came to be you.
I hold a relational psychodynamic approach, meaning the relationship we form in therapy will foster a co-created space, empowering you with understanding and agency. My approach is eclectic; I mold my interventions to fit your needs. I am a trauma-informed therapist who weaves together attachment theory, IFS, neuroscience, and somatic work.
