It is my belief that once the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is understood, one is then able to modify or change their pattern(s) of thinking to cope with stressors in a more positive manner.

Virtual Groups Starting January 2024.........
Groups are facilitated virtually on Zoom. Group Therapy services are available in California, Colorado, and Texas. Our groups are covered by most insurance providers. If your insurance provider does not cover groups, the cash rate is $75.00 per group session. List of Groups: Anger and Aggression Group, Anxiety Group, Breakup/Separation/Divorce Group, Communication Group, Dealing with Difficult People Group, Grief Group, Loneliness Group, Negativity- Yours and Mine Group, Personal/Intimate Relationships Group, and Stress Group.
