Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 15 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I work with clients based on their individual needs of meeting their goals and living a more meaningful life. I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder as well as relationship and parenting issues. My main focus is working with clients who are healing from secondary trauma related to their parental relationships.
I utilize a person centered approach based on the unique experiences of each individual client. My therapeutic approach is to listen, engage and build a trusting relationship with clients to allow them a safe space to discuss and explore their individual goals. I also specialize in CBT, ACT and Strengths-Based Therapy.
My goals is for clients be able to feel empowered and supported. Clients will be able to reflect and process their feelings and actions after each session and to utilize the tools they have learned in the therapeutic relationship to manage daily stressors and life experiences.
