Once we’ve identified barriers to your well-being, I support you in formulating and implementing highly individualized, practical solutions to address the variables within your control. Those might include communication and conflict resolution, executive functioning supports, and parenting strategies.
Finally, we leave space for healing wounds, learning coping skills, regulating your nervous system, and repairing relationships to yourself and others. I go beyond cognitive-based talk therapy, integrating Internal Family Systems, Somatic modalities, Parent-Coaching, and Family Therapy in work with adults, children and couples.
