My approach to counseling is person center, focusing on your needs and values. I want you to achieve your aspirations that is tailored to your unique circumstances. The approach I use in therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) . I provide services to children, adolescence, and adults.
