We're all in process of becoming, transitioning from who we’ve been into who we truly wish to be in this world. Various avenues of creativity can open different paths of insightfulness, as each of us ultimately holds the internal wisdom we require to change and transform while also understanding that everyone requires support, empathy and at times someone to help hold themselves accountable. I work from a trauma informed perspective and integrate a variety of approaches within sessions including but not limited to somatic awareness, mindfulness, brain spotting and creative catharsis.
I have almost two decades of experience in providing compassionate empathetic support to individuals and groups while also holding enough of an objective perspective to help individuals facilitate the change in their life that will best help them to grow and develop in the ways that will best serve themselves and their communities.
