I am trauma informed and trauma sensitive. I acknowledge that trauma comes from a variety of experiences including intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, inequity, ableism, racism, forced migration, colorism, etc.
I am a first-generation Latina and college graduate. I have been working with children and families in my community for 13 years in various capacities. I am passionate about helping my clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family/relationship issues, trauma, and more.
