Anxiety and negative thoughts can feel like they can never be managed but I’m here to tell you that that is a lie that our brain tricked us into believing. I have experience helping individuals from varied backgrounds struggling with anxiety and stress. I meet my clients remotely to help them from the comfort of their own spaces. My counseling approach is a mix of holistic and counseling interventions for a whole body healing. I am certified in Mental health counseling and Dance/Movement therapy.
