Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker drawing from several years of experience in a school environment as well as counseling with individuals and families. I am committed to meeting you where you are, fostering genuine connections, and ensuring that you feel accepted and heard. I believe the client is the expert and work alongside individuals and families to create individualized goals and unique treatment plans. This allows me to determine the best therapeutic strategies while allowing you to grow at your own pace.
I have experience in working with children and teens who are hesitant to participating in therapy and/or present complex behaviors. I enjoy working with them to discover what they enjoy and incorporating this into our sessions. I also work with the adults and family members who need a safe space discuss their family and/or work dynamics.
