Our goal is to educate clients about mental health and the effects that a person's view of self contributes to not only their success in school but in life. Through inspirational and tactical content, the activities we provide are designed to improve self-awareness, increase self-esteem, provide techniques to efficiently set and accomplish goals, equip students with new ways to cope with life stressors and alleviate depression, while reinforcing positive pro-social skills in a group environment. Dealing With COVID-19
This group is to improve the lives of the clients who is struggling with the effects of COVID 19 and the impact it has had on their life. It includes guidelines for using cognitive-behavioral strategies to teach more effective coping skills. It places a strong emphasis upon encouraging group members to putt knowledge, strategies, and skills into practice to reduce the stressors inflicted by COVID-19.
