Do you feel your vision for your life has become clouded? Our life journey consists of events that have formed our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. However they may also include pain and trauma, self-destructive behavioral patterns, and other narratives that do not serve us well. I believe the safety and comfort of a collaborative, validating, nonjudgmental relationship can lead to significant insight, healing, and growth.
My approach to therapy is to join clients and walk alongside them on their journey. Clinically, my approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, constructivism, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I currently focus on providing individual therapy to adults navigating personal and professional transitions, depression, and anxiety.
