Struggling with mental health is a difficult task to handle alone. With my clients, not only do I listen to their story I also teach clients coping skills to help them manage their symptoms. My clients typically experience anxiety, depression, substance use issues, or are struggling with difficult life transitions. I provide clients with the tools they need to help improve their lives and become the best version of themselves. The most important part of this process is to find the right therapist for you. I tailor therapy to each individual client because therapy is not one-size-fits all. Each client brings a unique experience to sessions and I strive to provide the best and most effective services. Common modalities I use are CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness. I have a strong emphasis on the BIPOC community, LGBTQIA+ , veterans, and other marginalized populations.
Navigating mental health in today's world can be extremely difficult and daunting.
