I have special interest supporting clients experiencing trauma, medical diagnosis, and challenges of caregiving along with identity development and relationship issues. I am Internal Family System (IFS) level 1 trained, and I utilize integrated style of therapy based on client/person centered, IFS, and existential through trauma focused lens.
I bring my own life experience to the counseling sessions as an immigrant and bilingual minority married woman with children. Throughout my life, I have learned to be resilient and face hardships with bravery and acceptance, but I didn't do it alone and neither should you.
