I am an ally for the LGBTQAI+ community and specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety and/or depression. In our work together I provide a safe space, and I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered and mindfulness modalities, and psychoeducation to help you find relief for what is bothering you. I provide a warm, non-judgmental setting to work together to help you find answers and feel better.
