Family relationships aren't easy, especially with adolescents or spouses. I have more than 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults by helping them improve their relationship with their parents, friends, and those that surround them. I also help them with individual issues such as ADHD, depression, and trauma. Sometimes we feel lonely or desperate and hesitate to ask for help. I provide therapy in English and in Spanish. In addition to conventional psychotherapy CBT, ACT, and DBT in my office, I also utilize horses to assist in therapy sessions in the arena.
