I have several years of international working experience in the mental health field to offer and I received education and training in this field oversea.
I use cognitive-behavioral interventions, DBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques when working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Working with adults and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, marriage issues, and individuals who experience domestic violence are so of my specialties.

Intimate Partner Violence/Domestic Violence
People who experience or have experienced any form of abuse are welcome to join our weekly group meetings. When I say any form of abuse I am not just talking about physical abuse. There are many other and hidden forms of abuse like emotional abuse. For instance, every concern you address is downplayed by your partner or your partner blames solely you for your marriage/relationship issues. Your partner does not take any responsibility for his or her actions and makes you feels like you are wrong and the way how you are feeling is wrong.
