I view therapy as an active progress on the part of you (the client) to build trust, establish a healthy foundation within yourself, and learn to face your past and current behavior with integrity and accountability. I provide therapy that is outside the box and traditional cognitive- behavioral therapy. I assist you with developing positive actions and find your inner spark to help your shift how you feel about yourself. I help you take an active role in your life, take the power out of the stories you tell yourself, and gain a realistic perspective of yourself.
I work within a spiritual model and help you develop relaxation techniques, assertive communication skills, self compassionate self talk, and healthy behaviors. I work out of a holistic approach and collaborate with acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, Qi Gong teachers, 12 step members, medical astrologers, etc.
