I work with clients presenting with a number of needs including depression, anxiety, personality or behavioral struggles, trauma, grief and other stressors. I typically use theories such as Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Dynamic, as well as Art and Play Therapies.
I help my clients by tailoring their individual needs to our treatment plan. I offer therapy to everyone who wants it, offering a safe space for clients to feel whatever feelings come up, in a comfortable space, with support from a professional who cares about the client's desired outcomes.
